Wawa Breakfast Menu With Prices, Hours and Calories (2026)

The Wawa breakfast menu has two sides: Sizzli breakfast sandwiches and burritos that wait ready-made in a warmer by the register, and made-to-order burritos, bowls, quesadillas and breakfast hoagies that you build on the touchscreen kiosk or in the Wawa app. Wawa has sold the Sizzli since 1996.

  • Sizzli sandwiches cost $4.09–$5.29 and Sizzli burritos $3.09–$3.09.
  • Made-to-order burritos, bowls and quesadillas cost $4.29–$5.99.
  • The warmer is fullest from about 5 a.m. to 11 a.m.; most stores keep selling breakfast later.
  • The cheapest breakfast item is a bagel (plain) for $0.95.

How much is breakfast at Wawa?

Breakfast at Wawa costs about $3 to $8 a person. A Sizzli sandwich costs $4.09–$5.29, a made-to-order breakfast burrito $4.29–$5.29, a breakfast bowl $4.99–$5.99 and a breakfast Shorti hoagie $5.29–$5.99. Add a coffee and most orders still come in under $8. Prices vary by store and state.

What time does Wawa serve breakfast?

Wawa starts breakfast at about 5 a.m., and the Sizzli warmer is restocked most often until about 11 a.m., the time most guides give as the end of breakfast. Breakfast does not stop at 11 at most 24-hour stores: Sizzlis can be made on request, and breakfast hoagies stay on the kiosk all day.

Does Wawa serve breakfast all day?

Mostly, yes. A Wawa employee quoted by Mashed says stores can keep breakfast going when customers keep asking for it, and most Wawa stores are open 24 hours. What changes after 11 a.m. is speed: you may wait a few minutes for a fresh Sizzli instead of grabbing one from the warmer.

Why do some sites say breakfast ends at 10:30?

Wawa does not publish one cutoff time, so online guides disagree, with 10:30 and 11 a.m. both common. Each store sets when it stops restocking the warmer. The kiosk at your store is the quickest check, because it only shows the breakfast items that can be made right now.

What is a Wawa Sizzli?

A Sizzli is Wawa's ready-made hot breakfast sandwich: egg, cheese and usually sausage, bacon or ham on a croissant, bagel, English muffin or multigrain bread, boxed and kept warm by the register. Sizzli sandwiches cost $4.09–$5.29. You take one and pay, so there is no wait.

  • Croissant$4.29540 cal
  • Bagel$4.29500 cal
  • English muffin$4.09420 cal

The Sizzli most customers reach for first, and the one The Takeout's readers and Foodie's 2026 list both single out. A pork sausage patty, egg and American cheese come on your choice of bread. The croissant is the richest version and the English muffin the lightest.

Wawa Bacon, Egg & Cheese Sizzli on a croissantfrom $4.09

  • Croissant$4.29480 cal
  • Bagel$4.29490 cal
  • English muffin$4.09370 cal

Crispy bacon instead of sausage, so it tastes saltier and eats a little lighter than the sausage version on the same bread. The bagel holds up best if you are eating in the car, while the croissant is softer and flakier.

Wawa Ham, Egg & Cheese Sizzli on a croissantfrom $4.29

Ham, egg and cheese Sizzli

Pictured: Ham, Egg & Cheese Sizzli on a croissant

  • Croissant$4.29450 cal
  • Bagel$4.29460 cal

Sliced ham with egg and cheese, the mildest of the meat Sizzlis and the lowest in calories of the three classics. It suits kids and anyone who finds sausage too heavy first thing in the morning.

Wawa Egg White Sizzli on Multigrainfrom $4.29

Turkey sausage and egg white Sizzlis

  • Turkey Sausage, Egg White & Cheese, croissant$4.49380 cal
  • Turkey Sausage & Egg White, english muffin$4.29310 cal
  • Egg White, multigrain$4.49320 cal

The lighter side of the Sizzli warmer: turkey sausage with egg whites, or egg whites alone on multigrain bread. Mashed calls the turkey sausage and egg white version the healthiest Sizzli, so it is the one to grab when you are watching fat and sodium.

Wawa Double Meat Sizzlifrom $5.29

Double Meat Sizzli

  • Croissant$5.29640 cal

Sausage and bacon stacked together with egg and cheese on a croissant, the heaviest and most filling Sizzli in the case. Pick it when breakfast has to carry you to a late lunch, and pair it with black coffee rather than a sweet latte.

Wawa Sausage, Egg & Cheese Sizzli Burritofrom $3.09

Sizzli burritos

Pictured: Sausage, Egg & Cheese Sizzli Burrito

  • Sausage, Egg & Cheese$3.09380 cal
  • Bacon, Egg & Cheese$3.09350 cal

Small grab-and-go burritos wrapped and kept warm next to the Sizzli sandwiches, filled with egg, cheese and sausage or bacon. They are the cheapest hot breakfast at Wawa and need no wait, though they are smaller than a made-to-order burrito, so hungry eaters often take two.

What breakfast burritos does Wawa have?

Wawa makes breakfast burritos two ways. Sizzli burritos are small, pre-wrapped and waiting in the warmer for $3.09–$3.09. Made-to-order burritos cost $4.29–$5.29 and are built on the kiosk with your choice of eggs, meat, cheese and toppings, so they take a few minutes but come out bigger.

Wawa Sausage, Egg & Cheese Burritofrom $4.49

Sausage or bacon, egg and cheese burrito

Pictured: Sausage, Egg & Cheese Burrito

  • Sausage, Egg & Cheese$4.49620 cal
  • Bacon, Egg & Cheese$4.49570 cal

Built to order on the kiosk with scrambled eggs, cheese and your meat in a large flour tortilla. Unlike the Sizzli burrito, you choose the cheese, toppings and sauce, and it is roughly twice the size. Add salsa, peppers or hash brown pieces inside for crunch.

from $4.99

Steak and cheesesteak breakfast burritos

  • Steak, Egg & Cheese$4.99650 cal
  • Cheesesteak Breakfast$5.29680 cal

Chopped steak with eggs and cheese, or a full breakfast cheesesteak with onions and peppers rolled into a tortilla. These are the most filling burritos on the menu. Foodie's 2026 list also praises a seasoned ground beef breakfast burrito where stores offer it.

Wawa Egg White & Veggie Burritofrom $4.29

Egg white burritos and veggie wrap

Pictured: Egg White & Veggie Burrito

  • Egg White & Veggie$4.29390 cal
  • Egg White & Turkey Sausage$4.49420 cal
  • Egg White Veggie Wrap$4.29320 cal

Egg whites with roasted vegetables or turkey sausage, wrapped in a tortilla, plus a slimmer veggie wrap. Wawa's own meal-ideas guide lists its veggie and egg white omelet burrito among breakfasts under 500 calories. Ask for salsa instead of a creamy sauce to keep it light.

Does Wawa have breakfast bowls?

Yes. Wawa breakfast bowls cost $4.99–$5.99 and hold scrambled eggs or an egg white omelet with cheese, meat and vegetables, with no bread or tortilla. They are made to order on the kiosk, and the egg white bowls are among the lowest-calorie hot meals on the whole Wawa menu.

from $4.99

Scrambled egg breakfast bowls

  • Scrambled Egg$4.99380 cal
  • Bacon & Egg$4.99440 cal
  • Scrambled Egg Bowl with Turkey Sausage & Spinach$5.29350 cal

Scrambled eggs and cheese in a bowl with no bread, topped with bacon, sausage crumbles or turkey sausage and spinach. It is the bowl to pick if you want the classic diner plate without the toast. Eat it with a fork at your desk, or add hash brown pieces to make it heartier.

from $5.49

Egg white omelet bowls

  • Egg White Omelet Burrito Bowl$5.49190 cal
  • Chicken Steak & Egg White Omelet Bowl$5.99210 cal

An egg white omelet with cheddar, spinach and fresh salsa, plus avocado or grilled chicken steak. Wawa's own guide puts both bowls among its lowest-calorie meals, and the chicken steak bowl is one of the best protein picks for the calories at any time of day.

Does Wawa make breakfast quesadillas and egg bites?

Yes. Breakfast quesadillas cost $4.99–$5.49 and are grilled to order with egg, cheese and ham, bacon, sausage or steak. Sizzli egg bites cost $3.99 a pack and sit in the warmer with the Sizzlis. The quesadilla is the hotter, bigger meal; the egg bites are the faster, lighter one.

Wawa Ham & Egg Whole Egg Quesadillafrom $4.99

Ham and egg quesadillas

Pictured: Ham & Egg Whole Egg Quesadilla

  • Ham & Egg Whole Egg$4.99550 cal
  • Egg White & Ham$4.99470 cal

Ham, egg and melted cheese pressed in a grilled tortilla and cut into wedges, so it is easy to eat on the go. Choose whole eggs for a richer bite or egg whites for a lighter one. Salsa or chipotle sauce on the side works well for dipping.

Wawa Bacon & Egg Quesadillafrom $4.99

Bacon, sausage or steak quesadilla

Pictured: Bacon & Egg Quesadilla

  • Bacon & Egg$4.99560 cal
  • Sausage & Egg$4.99590 cal
  • Steak & Egg$5.49610 cal

The same grilled tortilla with bacon, sausage or chopped steak. Steak is the priciest and the most filling. A quesadilla takes a few minutes longer than a Sizzli because it is made after you order, so place it in the app if you are short on time.

from $3.99

Sizzli egg bites

  • Bacon & White Cheddar Egg Bites$3.99290 cal

Two soft, muffin-shaped egg bites made with bacon and white cheddar, sold in a pack from the Sizzli warmer. They are a bread-free, low-carb way to eat a hot breakfast, and they are a morning-only item at most stores.

Does Wawa have breakfast hoagies?

Yes. A Wawa breakfast hoagie puts egg and cheese with bacon, sausage, ham, steak or turkey sausage on a hoagie roll, sold all day. The Shorti costs $5.29–$5.99 and the Classic $7.29–$7.99. Photos and ordering tips for each one are on the Wawa hoagies page.

What breakfast sides and lighter items does Wawa sell?

Wawa breakfast sides cost $0.95–$3.99: crispy hash browns, bagels, hot oatmeal, avocado toast, fruit cups, yogurt parfaits and sides of bacon or sausage. Bagels, oatmeal and the cold grab-and-go items are sold all day, which makes them the easiest breakfast to find in the afternoon.

from $1.99

Bacon and sausage sides

  • Applewood Smoked Bacon$1.99120 cal
  • Sausage Crumbles$1.99220 cal

Applewood smoked bacon or sausage crumbles on their own, to add protein to oatmeal, eggs or a bagel. Like egg bites, these sides are usually sold only during morning hours, according to a Wawa worker quoted by Mashed.

Are there Wawa breakfast deals right now?

No breakfast deal has been announced since the $5 Sizzli Meal ended on October 25, 2026. Wawa ran a $5 breakfast bundle in both 2025 and 2026, pairing a Sizzli with a hash brown and a coffee, so the next one is worth watching for in the Deals tab of the Wawa app.

How do you order breakfast at Wawa?

For a Sizzli, take one from the warmer by the register and pay. For burritos, bowls, quesadillas and breakfast hoagies, tap Breakfast on the touchscreen kiosk or in the Wawa app, choose your eggs, meat, cheese and toppings, then pay and collect your food at the counter when your number is called.

    1. Grab or build

Sizzlis and Sizzli burritos are ready in the warmer; everything else is made after you order.

    2. Tap Breakfast

On the kiosk or in the app, open the Breakfast menu and pick the item.

    3. Choose your eggs

Whole eggs or egg whites. Egg whites lower the calories in almost every item.

    4. Add the rest

Meat, cheese, bread or tortilla, vegetables and sauces. Extra meat costs more.

    5. Pay

At the register or in the app. Scan Wawa Rewards first so any deal is applied.

    6. Collect

Listen for your number at the deli counter. App orders are picked up at the same counter.

What is the healthiest breakfast at Wawa?

The healthiest Wawa breakfasts are the egg white omelet bowls, fruit cups, plain oatmeal and egg white Sizzlis, all far lighter than a sausage Sizzli on a croissant. Wawa's own meal-ideas guide lists several breakfasts under 500 calories. The table shows the lightest hot and cold breakfast items on the menu.

    High protein

The chicken steak and egg white omelet bowl gives the most protein for its calories in Wawa's guide. The Double Meat Sizzli and steak burritos are the heavier high-protein choices.

    Low carb

Bowls and egg bites skip the bread and tortilla. Add a side of bacon or sausage crumbles in the morning for more protein without more carbs.

    Gluten-conscious

Mashed lists the scrambled egg bowl, cinnamon brown sugar oatmeal and the omelet bowls. None is certified gluten-free, and the kitchen handles wheat, so people with celiac disease should take care.

What does a typical Wawa breakfast order cost?

One person's Wawa breakfast with coffee usually costs $6 to $10, and a parent with two kids can eat for about $12. These six real orders, from Allentown to Tampa, are priced from the menu above to show what an early shift, a school run, a road trip or a lazy brunch costs.

Common Wawa breakfast problems and how to fix them

Most breakfast complaints at Wawa come down to an empty warmer, a cold or soggy Sizzli, an item missing after 11 a.m., a deal that did not apply or a price that differs from this page. Each card gives the quickest fix so you still leave with the breakfast you came for.

    The warmer is empty

Ask at the deli counter; staff can make a fresh Sizzli in a few minutes, or build a burrito on the kiosk while you wait.

My Sizzli is cold or soggy

Ask for one from the back of the warmer or a fresh one. Croissants go soft fastest; bagels and muffins hold up better.

The item is gone after 11

Check the kiosk, which hides what cannot be made right now. A breakfast hoagie or bagel is the all-day backup.

The deal did not ring up

Breakfast bundles need the right items and the deal hours. Scan Wawa Rewards before paying, or tap the deal in the app.

    The price is different

Prices vary by store and state, and delivery apps add more. The kiosk and the app show your store's price.

    My order is wrong

Keep the receipt with your order number and take it to the deli counter, where staff can fix the order.

    Wawa breakfast FAQ

How many calories are in a Wawa Sizzli?

A Wawa Sizzli sandwich has about 310 to 640 calories, depending on the filling and bread. Egg white versions on an English muffin or multigrain are at the low end, and the Double Meat Sizzli on a croissant is at the top. A Sizzli burrito has fewer calories than most of the sandwiches.

Does Wawa serve breakfast on weekends and holidays?

Yes. Wawa keeps the same breakfast routine seven days a week, and most stores stay open around the clock on holidays, so you can still buy a Sizzli on Thanksgiving or Christmas morning. Stores in airports, malls and on campuses may keep shorter hours.

    Does Wawa sell eggs?

Wawa sells eggs in nearly every hot breakfast item, and you can pick whole eggs or egg whites at the kiosk. We could not confirm that stores stock cartons of raw eggs, so if you need a dozen for home, check the grocery shelf at your store or the Wawa app before you go.

Is there a pancake or waffle Sizzli?

Both have appeared as limited-time Sizzlis. The Pancake Sizzli with sausage, egg and cheese came back with the $5 Sizzli Meal in fall 2026, and the waffle Sizzli has returned in past promotions. Limited-time Sizzlis leave the warmer when the promotion ends.

What vegetarian breakfast can I get at Wawa?

The egg white Sizzli on multigrain, the egg white and veggie burrito, the egg white omelet bowl, avocado toast, oatmeal, bagels and fruit are all meat-free. Wawa launched a plant-based Beyond Sausage Sizzli in 2020, but it is not sold at every store, so check the kiosk.

Can I order Wawa breakfast for delivery or catering?

Yes. You can order ahead for pickup or delivery in the Wawa app, and delivery apps carry Wawa at many stores, usually at higher prices than in the store. For groups, Wawa catering sells Sizzli breakfast boxes, which most stores need a day's notice to prepare.
